Arun Memorial Intercollegiate Cricket Tournament

Arun Memorial Cricket tournament is held in memory of Arun of 2001 Batch(82nd batch) who died in an accident.He being a passionate cricketer Students Union TDMC decided to conduct an Interbatch Cricket tournament in his fond memory which was started in 2007. After 11 years TDMCAA along with 2001 batch initiated to host the tournament as an Intercollegiate competition from 2018 onwards

Baburaj Memorial Intercollegiate Football Tournament

Baburaj Memorial Cricket tournament is held in memory of Baburaj of 1966 batch who passed away when he was a third year MBBS student on the eve of Nehru trophy boat race at Punnamada lake .In his memory his batchmates initiated a football tournament during that time which is not being conducted for more than a 30 years .In 2017 TDMCAA along with Students Union TDMC initiated to restart the Interbatch Football tournament which is being organized every year as a megaevent of TDMC .

Aneesh Memorial Endowment award for Best Outgoing Student

Aneesh was a student of 1997 batch of TDMC who left us when he was a final year student . He was the batch representative of 1997 batch who led them from first year to final year.To keep his memory live TDMCAA and 1997 batch TDMC decided to institute Aneesh Memorial endowment award for the Best outgoing graduate every year who have excelled in curricular as well as extra curricular activities and with his/her able leadership contributed themselves to the glory of our Alma mater .This prestigious award include a Memento certificate and a cash reward of Rs 10,000

Dr Binu Thomas an alumnus of 1987 batch TDMC who was the popular gynecologist in Alappuzha had anuntimely demise in 2013 at the peak time of her career when she was working at Women and Child Hospital Alappuzha .In order to keep the lamp of a memory lighten her parents Dr.Thressiama and Mr.Thomas along with TDMC Alumni association have decided to award the most meritorious student in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in final year MBBS examination every year.The award includes Memento and the cash award of Rs 10000

Sarada Memorial Gold Medal for Internal Medicine Topper

Sarada was a student of 2003 batch TDMC who left us in an accident at Karunagappally when she was a first year MBBS student in TDMC.In memory of dear Sarada her family along with TDMC Alumni association have instituted an award for the topper of Internal medicine in Final year MBBS examination
